Vlad and the Kizlo Team are amazing! When I first bought my home, I wasn't even able to use Vlad as my realtor because the seller required me to work with theirs. Even though he wasn't making anything from the transaction, Vlad still took the time to answer my questions, give me advice, and help me through the whole process. That really stuck with me. A couple of years later, I needed to rent out my home. I had already been using a property manager before, and unfortunately my house sat on the market for almost a year without getting rented. It was incredibly frustrating. I decided to hire Vlad, and the difference was night and day. He knows the market extremely well. Within about 48 hours of listing the property, we had around five offers! I honestly couldn't believe how quickly everything turned around after so many months of getting nowhere. We couldn't recommend Vlad and Anastasiia more. Not only are they true professionals, but they're also genuinely great, family-oriented people. We've purchased homes in the Midwest before, but buying in Florida was a completely new experience for us. As new parents with a 6-month-old, they brought incredible insight, helped us think through new considerations, and offered practical, honest feedback every step of the way. Vlad did an amazing job balancing my numbers-driven mindset (working in finance) with my wife's eye for design and overall feel of a home.
