How is this different from a Zillow Zestimate?
A Zestimate is an algorithm that has never seen your house. We pull the actual closed comparables on and around your street, adjust for your home's condition, upgrades and lot, and explain the number line by line. When we miss, it is usually by less than the algorithm's published error range for this zip code.
