The Kizlo Team is committed to making kizloteam.com usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We review the Site against that standard when we make changes, and we treat anything that falls short of it as a defect to be fixed rather than a limitation to be documented.

Where we know we fall short

Some of the Site's photography carries text over an image, where contrast depends on the picture behind it. We use a darkening scrim to keep that text legible, but we cannot guarantee a fixed contrast ratio on every photograph at every screen size. If any of it is hard for you to read, tell us and we will change the image or the treatment.

Tell us if something does not work

If any page, form, or document on this Site is difficult to use, we want to hear about it, and we will help you get the same information another way. There is no wrong way to describe the problem.

We aim to respond within one business day. If you are contacting us about a property, we are happy to walk you through listings, valuations, and paperwork by phone or in person instead of through the Site.

Assistance with real estate documents

Real estate transactions involve long documents from third parties, including lenders, title companies, and inspectors, whose formats we do not control. If you need a document in a different format or read aloud to you, ask and we will arrange it.
