This Privacy Policy explains how The Kizlo Team ("we," "us," "our"), a real estate team affiliated with Keller Williams Realty At The Lakes, collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit kizloteam.com (the "Site") or communicate with us.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you fill out a form on the Site, request a home valuation, sign up for market updates, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, and any details you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. This is collected through our hosting and security providers, as described below.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide real estate services you request, send you market updates or property information you asked for, improve the Site, and comply with legal obligations that apply to licensed real estate professionals in Florida.
Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from us, we may text you about your inquiry, showings, transactions, or market updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers who help us operate (such as our CRM, email, and website hosting providers, who may use it only to provide services to us), our brokerage as required in the course of a real estate transaction, other parties to a transaction when you direct us to (such as lenders, title companies, and inspectors), and legal authorities when required by law.
Cookies and Analytics
The Site does not run Google Analytics or any comparable analytics or advertising tool, and it sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own. Our hosting and security providers may set a small number of cookies needed to serve pages and protect the Site from abuse, and they log standard request data such as your IP address. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering them. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect some Site features. If we add analytics in future, we will update this section before we do.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send Do Not Track signals. The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. If we add chat, session analytics, or similar tools that record interactions with the Site, we will disclose them in this policy.
Third-Party Sites
The Site links to third-party websites, including our home search portal at kthomesforsale.com and social media platforms. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing thekizloteam@kw.com. We will respond to verified requests unless we are required to retain the information for legal or transactional recordkeeping.
Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by Florida real estate recordkeeping laws. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
